Moreover, this 1960 years from the destruction of the temple and the scattering of Israel to 2030 can be calculated another way:

Jesus is rejected as Messiah:
After Jesus is rejected as Israel's Messiah, Jesus admonishes the pharasis, in Matthew 23:
"See, your house is left to you desolate. For I tell you, you will not see me again, until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.'" --- Matthew 23:38-39
God requires Israel to repent for this rejection:
And we are told in Hosea,
"I will return again to my place,
until they acknowledge their guilt and seek my face,
and in their distress earnestly seek me." --- Hosea 5:15
God is patient.
God in His mercy and grace then gives Israel time to repent.
Moreover, in 2 Peter, we learn that to God, one day is like a thousand year:
"But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance."

The Lord then gives Israel 2 thousand years to repent.
(or 2 days per 2 Peter 3:8)
But why 2 thousand years to repent:
► First of all, God had already said He would return after two days (and scripture cannot be broken):
"Come, let us return to the Lord;
for he has torn us, that he may heal us;
he has struck us down, and he will bind us up.
After two days he will revive us;
on the third day he will raise us up,
that we may live before him.
--- Hosea 6:1-2
►And secondly, it is tied to the number 40, a number associated with testing and repentance.
Moses was on Mount Sinai for 40 days, Jesus in the dessert for 40 days, and Israelites in the wilderness for 40 years.
And this brings us to Bible teacher Nelson Walter's discovery.
Nelson explains that the time between Jesus death (30 AD) and the destruction of the temple
(70 AD) is 40 years.
Moreover, Nelson realized that the period of time from 70 AD and 2030 AD is 1960 years
or 40 Jubilees (a known time frame in ancient Israel, with one Jubilee equaling 49 years).
Forty Jubilees (40 times 49) equals 1960 years.
So God gives Israel 40 years then 40 Jubilees to repent.
Scripture interprets scripture, and scripture will confirm scripture.
"... Every fact is to be confirmed by the testimony of two or three witnesses."
--- 2 Corinthians 13:1
Second witness of the 40 Jubilee theory from the Bible:
4 times 7 times 70 = 1960 years = 40 Jubilees
4 times from 2 Samuel:
"and he shall restore the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing, and because he had no pity."
--- 2 Samuel 12:6
(Jesus was the lamb of God that was killed without pity.)
7 times from Leviticus:
"Then if you walk contrary to me and will not listen to me, I will continue striking you, sevenfold for your sins." --- Leviticus 26:21
70 times from Chronicles:
"to fulfill the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed its Sabbaths. All the days that it lay desolate it kept Sabbath, to fulfill seventy years."
--- 2 Chronicles 36:21
because is Israel's failure to let the land enjoy its sabbaths(lay fallow) -- (same punishment that they went to Babylon)
(4 times 7 times 70) = 1960 years or 40 Jubilees
So, will Jesus return after 2000 years (2 days)?
And in "that day" they will mourn who they have pierced (Zechariah 12:9-10)
