Isolation and Rejection
Loneliness and Despair
Path to the Mark of the Beast: Hopelessness
Never Get to Hungry, to Lonely, to Angry.
The Antichrist and his world system cause isolation, rejection, loneliness, and despair, and then use them to separate people from God and true followers, ultimately causing division and alienation among individuals who do not fully submit to his authority.
The Antichrist's goal for the world
is a hopeless path to the
Mark of the Beast.
All roads of the Antichrist lead
to hopelessness and despair.
Never in history has there been so much discouragement, depression, despair, and despondency. These are the workings of the Antichrist spirit and Satan uses them to take control of the world.
The Antichrist deceives the world with "Pharmakeia."
Antidepressants are a leading class of medications taken by the world population.
And illegal drug addictions used to dull the pain from the stresses of the world are common.
Satan uses drugs to overcome the world in the last days:
Revelation 18:23 NASB says, "By your sorcery (pharmakeia) all the nations were led astray or deceived".
The Greek word pharmakeia is often translated as "sorcery" or "magic spells" in English. The word pharmakeia comes from the Greek word phármakon, and is better translated as drugs or poisons.
In the last days, drug addiction, both legal and illegal, is not only a path to despair; the Antichrist will use the addiction to coerce people into taking the Mark of the Beast.
Satan knows that isolation and rejection leading to despair and hopelessness makes people more vulnerable to temptation and sin and ultimately the mark of the beast.
This is why scripture warns us about staying pure and without sin in the last days.
As we enter the end times, we all recognize the increase in wickedness and moral decline in the world
around us.
Maintaining a pure heart is essential to withstand the pressures and temptations of the world during these difficult times.
Remaining faithful to God is crucial to resist temptation and avoid the schemes of Satan.
When we sin against God, we lack wisdom and discernment, making us more vulnerable to taking the mark.
But the Lord entreats us to "endure" and be "faithful":
"But the one who endures to the end will be saved" --- Matthew 24:13
"...Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life." --- Revelation 2:10
We must stand firm in the faith even if alone and isolated. And we must not allow isolation to turn
to despair.
If we find ourselves isolated, we should seek the support that other Christians can give.
But if this fails, rather than becoming lonely, we must turn aloneness in to solitude.
Solitude with the Lord.
For we know that as we abide in Christ, we are really never alone:
"For He has said, 'I will never leave you or forsake you.'" (Hebrews 13:5)
And as we follow Christ, during these perilous times, we will also encounter rejection.
According to the Bible, Christians in the end times will be betrayed.
We must prepare our hearts for betrayal. In the last days, it will happen.
"At that time many will fall away and will betray one another and hate one another."
--- Matthew 24:10 NASB
"But you will be betrayed even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death," --- Luke 21:16 NASB
To endure these things, we must
"Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth."
--- Colossians 3:2
It is only those who abide in Christ that can prevent despair and hopelessness.
Our hope is in Christ and Christ alone. We must wait for the Lord and not give in to the Antichrist.
"I wait for the LORD, my soul does wait, And in His word do I hope."
--- Psalm 130:5 NASB
The End Times is all about overcoming.
We will either overcome the Antichrist
with our testimony
(Revelation 12:11)
or the Antichrist will
overcome us
with the Mark of the Beast.
(Revelation 13:16)
And to keep from being overcome,
we have to know who we are in Christ.
We cannot let our emotions rule us.
We must endure
It has been said, never get to hungry, never get to lonely, and never get to angry.
But these are just the tactics that Satan will use to cause people to give up and take the mark of the beast. He knows, that if he can bring rejection and despair by isolating us, he can overcome us.
►
Satan will cause hunger by requiring everyone to take his mark in order to buy food:
"so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name." --- Revelation 13:17
But in the end times, Jesus promises His followers hidden manna:
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will give some of the hidden manna,...
--- Revelation 2:17

Satan does all he can to disrupt and break up relationships. Have you every wondered by people can not get along with each other; why families are broken and distant? This is the work of Satan.
This causes separation and loneliness within families.
Satan will also cause loneliness by isolating believers from other believers by closing churches and
causing chaos and upheaval in the world.
"Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour." --- 1 Peter 5:8
Jesus on the other hand, brings people and families together. We are called to love one another.
God created us for relationships. God wants us to have a relationship with Him (vertical) and others (horizontal).
"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another." --- John 13:34
"Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor." --- Romans 12:10
"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God." --- 1 John 4:7
►
In the end times, Satan will cause anger and hatred among people groups of all sizes. He will isolate
and cause confusion, hostility, and rejection.
Jesus by contrast, brings peace and reconciliation into all situations.
Jesus' death on the cross made it possible for people to reconcile with God.
The cross broke down barriers between people, including cultural differences, animosity, and hatred.
"and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross." --- Colossians 1:20
"that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation." --- 2 Corinthians 5:19
All this dissension and conflict from hunger, loneliness, and anger will cause divisions among people and those without a support group will fall into despair and be more easily overcome by the beast system.
But we must not be overcome by Satan, rather we must overcome him by the love of Christ in us.
