Promises of God for the End Times

As we Patiently Wait to Go to the Promise Land

"Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

Behold, all those who are angered at you will be shamed and dishonored; Those who contend with you will be as nothing and will perish.

You will seek those who quarrel with you, but will not find them, Those who war with you will be as nothing and non-existent.

For I am the Lord your God, who upholds your right hand, Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.'"
--- Isaiah 41:10-13 NASB

"Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you."
--- Deuteronomy 31:8 NLT

"The LORD keeps you from all harm and watches over your life."
--- Psalm 121:7 NLT

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
--- Psalm 46:1

"He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection."
--- Psalm 91:4 NLT

The Bible makes it very clear that those who place their faith in Jesus Christ receive God's assurance of help, protection, strength, provision, and encouragement for eternity.
And that is an incredible promise.

Here are some of God's promises:

"The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."
--- Psalm 34:7

"This God — his way is perfect;the word of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all those who take refuge in him."
--- Psalms 18:30

God’s promises do not always assure that we will never know pain or loss.

Moreover, God does not always shield us from the results of our own sins or the negative effects of the sins of others. Our world is fallen, and we endure its hardships.
But even amidst life's difficulties and heartaches, God promises to to work everything for good for His children.
"And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose." --- Romans 8:28

And this promise also gives us great encouragement. And even if life's hardship extends to our death, the Lord promises to safely get us to heaven.

And as we know, the Lord does not always prevent martyrdom. And martyrdom in the end times is a real possibility for all who place their faith in Jesus Christ.
"I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand." --- John 10:28

"And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell." --- Matthew 10:28

"In God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me?" --- Psalm 56:11

"The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen." --- 2 Timothy 4:18

As children of God, we will NOT LOSE ANYTHING that the Lord will not return to us, many times over. Even our very life!
"And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for my name's sake, will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life." --- Matthew 19:29

"The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore." --- Psalm 121:7-8
